DRAFT BEER PORTION CONTROL
Portioning draft beer is taking beer control one step further by adding an electronically controlled faucet. The Imatic beer faucet will shut off automatically when the flow meter has measured the amount to dispense.
Who will use a draft beer portion control system?
The Imatic’s 100 % stainless steel faucet is the most sanitary beer faucet available. Its innovative design, with internal parts that are not exposed to air, eliminates bacteria build up in the spout and allows the Imatic to serve a better beer with greater accuracy glass after glass. The regular monthly line cleaning is enough to keep this faucet clean. The electric components of the Imatic will not over heat and alter the temperature of the beer served even in continuous use. The industrial solenoid and sturdy construction of the Imatic faucet will provide you with years of reliable and service free use keeping your annual upkeep cost to a minimum.
IMATIC SPEEDRAIL REMOTE LIQUOR DISPENSING
Your liquor or wine will be pressurized or pumped from a reserve to a Speedrail dispense station. Liquor reserves can be a bag in a box (wine and liquor in some countries), a canister (where local laws permit) or inverted bottle manifolds. The system is used with flow meters to provide the most accurate serving sizes and faster pours. The system will save you bar space, reduce bottle handling and help increase sales. Optional bottle holders are available to give the impression that liquor is served directly from the bottles. One liquor reserve can supply several bars. Imatic is used most commonly in nightclubs and high volume bars.
REPORTS
Imatic can be programmed with a price for each brand and portion size and will print a report to a serial printer. It can be used with the Liquor Manager Live software with the Eclipse ID or Eclipse 784 back bar systems.
Liquor manager Live interface
Liquor manager Live will keep track of every beer served using the Imatic system. Every beer and liquor dispensed will be identified by brand, pour size, bar and the time it was served at. Liquor manager Live will also track the beers registered on the point of sale system, again registering the station, brand, pour size and the time it was punched in by the bartender. The system compares both the beers punched in the register and the beers served Live on screen with a report ready to print at any time. It handles all cocktail recipes including those mixed drinks that contail liquor and beer.
Operating modes: (Each system can be set differently)
Passive: When set to Passive mode, the system will compare the beers rung in the register with the beers dispensed on the Imatic Live showing the difference at the time you look at the screen. The system will generate a comparison report at the end of the shift automatically or at any time by the end user.
Active: When set to the Active mode, bartenders are required to register the order in the point of sale system first. The software will not authorize the pour request sent by the Imatic if it does not see it in the POS registered column.
